In Classic Estates, there is no such thing as a one story house! Elaborate stairs, gorgeous water views and lawns to feed whole countries are all that awaits the massive price tag for those willing to pay up! If your location is right, you can go anywhere you like, from amidst lush trees to on the very side of Venescence Beach, the pride and joy here in California. Don't worry, you won't be shot on sight, but you might want to once you see the massive and startlingly gorgeous beauty of this awe inspiring neighborhood. Best save your pennies!

Impede Hotel & Suites prides themselves on having the most luxurious hotels in all of Venescence, and they are not lying. The penthouse aparments of the main section of the city reside here, where only the most prestigious of people can scrap up the cash to stay here! All rooms contain a bedroom, a kitchen, a living room, and some even have jacuzzies (upon request!). You will be far from disappointed with one of these fancy rooms, that can hold up to four people, again upon request.

The most populus area in Venescence for all classes, with the widest range of stereotypical housing is in Summer Acres. The one common thing about this place is all the houses are located in the woods, beneath the shade of gorgeous, green trees. Depending on where you are, you may encounter some "bad" parts of town, but no matter, it is the one place that everyone can afford, and it makes it easiest to meet the most people. However, it might seem that not all of the residents here in Venescence are completely "human," thus there is one house that is quite shaded by rumors.

Looking for something that is quite nice and fits your budget? Apartment Homes are absolutely perfect! They are five minutes from the school, can house up to three people (roommates are allowed) and even allow pets in the home. What's not to love? It's compact, dainty, and though it's not your typical high class room service, it will still more than meet your needs. It's not hard to clean, it has plenty of storage, and feel free to move in here on your own; there is no age limit!
