Bloomfields High School
It was the year 2000. It was a clear night and the members of the Bloomfield 3 met in a shadowy lawn just outside the University. They are always meeting there, to discuss their plans after graduation.
The Bloomfield 3 is composed of: Ethan Watfield, taking up Anatomy and is considered the diligent student yet fun-loving member of the group, John Riley, the super genius and inventor, currently taking up Ecology and Andrew Medkowski, although he is not much of an honor student, he makes up for his empathy towards people and is also a good leader, taking up Physiology.
After graduation, where John and Ethan got the highest honors and Andrew was awarded the Presidential medal and the Leadership medal, they met again in that shadowy lawn. But there was a silence that prevailed between them.
It was Andrew who finally suggested starting up a High School. At first, John didn’t agree, for he disliked children and teenagers. But Ethan said to John, “We have been through that phase, haven’t we?” And so they agreed. But they made a promise to each other that if they become successful; they would come back to this particular lawn and lay out their plans for this High School they would build.
After seven years, they finally met up again.
They made the plans on what the High School would look like, and formulated a way of putting the prospective students into the right classes. They decided on a section system, which means that all students would be sorted according to their personalities. They borrowed this concept from Harry Potter, since they were all avid fans of the novel. They also decided to put up dormitories for the students.
The planning stage went on smoothly put was never put into action until years later.
John and Ethan argued about giving students scholarships. John wished to be more particular with the students who go into the school. Since it was a private school, he said, only those who can pay the fees and finance their education can have the chance to study in the school. Ethan, on the other hand, wanted even the poor but deserving students to study there.
Even Andrew wasn’t able to stop their argument. After 2 months, John left for the States. He wasn’t heard from ever since. Since then, Ethan became depressed and withdrawn. He gave the plans and the blueprint to Andrew, saying that he can throw it out if he wants to. And after a year, Ethan died. It was the same month when Andrew received word that John died as a result of a failed experiment.
But, he did not give up the dream. Instead, he passed on the plans to his favorite granddaughter, Ronalyn, who had just finished her Masters in the same University they graduated from.
And today, with the help of Rona’s partner, L Lawliet, they are now set to open up the dream High School the Bloomfield 3 had visualized.
